I graduated from San Diego State University with my Masters in Communicative Disorders in 1995 and began my career as a speech/language pathologist in skilled nursing and Assisted Living facilities, treating stroke, dementia, Alzheimer’s residents, to name a few. 

I discovered a passion for treating dysphagia and in servicing anyone who would listen, i.e. caregivers, dietary, housekeeping, etc on the risks and consequences of an unsafe diet and the importance of implementing swallow strategies. 

Once again, thank you for caring enough about our elderly to make their lives and their families lives comfortable, stress free and confident that the staff is educated and well able to provide the care they so deserve.
